Gorgeous breakfasts, very very helpful staff.
Central heating, multi-channel television, and coffee/tea making machines in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Central location, at a short distance from Fun City at Brean Leisure Park. Set really close to areas of food and drink prep and the conservatory and with many others in between in the good area...

Would recommend for a quick trip
Cozy room, lovely outdoor patio, with a full English breakfast cooked to perfection and served in the lovely garden, and the free parking made it easy to explore the nearby attractions and enjoy the bus stop just a short walk away.
Can't fault anything about it.

A Cozy Retreat with Room for Improvement
Our stay spanned four nights in a charming superior double room. Enjoyed peaceful evenings, but the shower setup could use a refresh. Encountered a large spider by the bed on day one, which startled us. Explore nearby dining options. They elevate the overall experience.

A lovely surprise getaway
What a cute spot along the Brean coast! The room was comfy, and we got a fridge, awesome during the heatwave. We loved chilling in the garden for dinner. The beach was just a short walk away. The only thing was the parking could get a bit tight, but we managed. Breakfast was a treat too!

Lovely stay with a warm touch
Had such a chill time here! The location's perfect for beach vibes, and the gardens are so pretty. Our room was super comfy and Mark and Di are just the best hosts! Breakfast was delicious. A little noisy sometimes, but didn't ruin the vibe. The bar area was cool for a late night drink too.
