Central heating, multi-channel television, and coffee/tea making machines in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Central location, at a short distance from Fun City at Brean Leisure Park. Set really close to areas of food and drink prep and the conservatory and with many others in between in the good area...

The staff here were really accommodating, and the location was fantastic, being close to pubs and other attractions. Everything was just right! The breakfast was great, and they made sure to replenish the towels daily if needed, showing great attention to detail. 😊.

The bar was perfect for breakfast. the staff was wonderfully helpful, very amiable, and responded promptly to requests. the location was exceptionally nice and ideal, with easy access to gift shops and a mini mart.
